 | Edizione Holding Edizione Holding is focused on the retail sector, with holdings in the
Benetton Group, Autogrill and 21 Investimenti. It invests in the real estate,
agricultural, hotel and sport sectors as well as holding shares in financial
institutions, including Generali, RCS and Pirelli.
The Benetton family’s other holding company is Sintonia. It concentrates
on infrastructure investments, with shareholdings in Atlantia - Autostrade per
l’Italia, Olimpia - Telecom, Eurostazioni - Grandi Stazioni, SAGAT and
Investimenti e Infrastrutture (Gemina - Aeroporti di Roma). Sintonia involves,
as a minority shareholder, a limited number of partners with whom to share
strategy and development objectives.
The two holding companies have the objective of facilitating the expansion
plans of companies in which they participate and strengthening their presence
in the relevant sectors, also through new shareholdings in Italy and abroad,
enhancing the wealth of international relationships acquired over the
years.
