Edizione S.r.l., an investment holding company wholly owned by the Benetton family, is Benetton Group S.p.A.’s sole shareholder. Edizione S.r.l. holds 168,477,430 ordinary shares, representing the 92.23% of share capital, which, together with the 7.77% of share capital represented by treasury shares, gives it direct and indirect ownership of 100% of share capital.
