Sisley Young: for children who dress themselves

Milan, 3 October 2006. A fully-fledged runway show marks the debut of the first Sisley Young collection – new for the brand and the fashion world.

Sisley Young is a sophisticated, detail-rich collection inspired by the outfits of up-to-the-minute adults, but styled to suit younger fashionistas. The Benetton group widens its range of children’s fashions, with the same attention to quality and price as always.

Available for children from 3 to 12, but concentrating on the 8-12 group, Sisley Young is for kids with fashion in their blood: discerning under-twelves who refuse to be dressed by others, kids who want and know how to choose clothes that convey their personality and desire for independence.

Sisley Young starts with three themes for girls and three for boys. The collection will be available through United Colors of Benetton children’s shops from next spring.

A special advertising campaign, designed to exude the collection concept, will be created through the ironic eye of photographer Terry Richardson, in the language of kids who want to take the lead role.

Thanks to Sisley Young, Benetton group takes another step forward in the world of children’s fashions with a collection that will please both parents and their young fashion fans.
