Benetton Group acquista azioni proprie
Ponzano, 14 maggio 2008 – Benetton Group, facendo seguito al comunicato stampa del 7 maggio 2008, comunica di aver avviato in data odierna il programma di acquisto di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall’Assemblea degli azionisti con delibera del 24 aprile scorso, mediante l’acquisto di n. 30.000 azioni ordinarie della Società, al prezzo medio unitario di Euro 8.79787, per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 263.936,10.
