Ponzano, December 16, 2010 – As provided by the Article IA.2.1.3 of the Instructions to the Market Rules as organised and monitored by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Benetton Group, in order to facilitate the functionality of the IDEM Market, hereby notifies that the month provided for the payment of the possible dividend on 2010 results is May.

The Company underlines that this communication has the sole aim of complying with the requirements set out by the above mentioned provision and it is not meant to be a forecast regarding the dividends’ distribution.
