New Benetton Corporate Governance site

Ponzano, 9th November 2004 - Benetton Group's new Corporate Governance site is now available at www.benettongroup.com/investors and at the homepagewww.benettongroup.com.
The Corporate Governance section has been renewed and expanded. It now includes the Shareholders' Meetings archive, with the agendas and resolutions of the Meetings of the past three years, and information about the Auditors.
Browsing the section is now much easier; a new, user-friendly layout groups all the information in uniform, comprehensive sub-menus. Specifically, the Codes section includes the Code of Ethics, the Internal Dealing Code, the Transaction with Related Parties Code and the Stock Option Plan. The Bodies and Committees section gives the names of all members of Benetton Group's boards and committees, the date of their first appointment and their position.
All the documents in the Corporate Governance section can be easily viewed on-screen or downloaded in pdf format.
The new interactive area "Share your thoughts" gives users direct access to the Investor Relations office; an email can be sent with suggestions, comments or ideas, without having to leave the site.
