Ponzano, 5 April 2011 – According to the provisions of article 144-octies, clause 2, of the Consob Regulation n. 11971/1999, with reference to point 3 of the Agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on 28 April 2011 related to the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Company hereby informs that, at the term for presenting lists, it was deposited only the list presented by the majority shareholder Edizione S.R.L..

Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of article 144-sexies, clause 5, of the Consob Regulation n. 11971/1999, the term for presenting lists is postponed until 7 April 2011 and the threshold for the presentation of the lists is reduced to 1% of the share capital.
