The 2009 Annual Report, together with the Reports of the Board of Statutory Auditors and of the Independent Auditors, is available at the Company’s registered office, Borsa Italiana SpA and the Company’s website www.benettongroup.com/investors.
The minutes of the Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 22, 2010 will be made available as from May 7, 2010.

DIVIDEND FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2009

As from May 6, 2010, in application of the resolution of the above mentioned Shareholders’ Meeting, the dividend will be paid in the gross amount of € 0.23 per share, with detachment of coupon No. 9 on May 3, 2010. Dividend will be paid to the Shareholders through their bank or broker. Dividends will be payable to all ADSs holders in USD commencing from May 13, 2010; further details on www.benettongroup.com/investors.
