The purpose of the processing is to allow your subscribtion to the Benetton Detox Programme newsletter.

PROVISION OF DATA

Discretionary.

The provision of personal data is not obligatory.
If you choose not to provide information as requested, you will not be able to subscribe to the Benetton Detox Programme newsletter.

LEGAL BASIS

The legal basis of the processing is your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR)

DATA RETENTION

The Data Controller will keep
your personal information for a period not exceeding 24 months from the date of the last data subject interaction with the controller .

The Data Controller may need to keep your personal information to fulfill regulatory obligations, or to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court. In these cases your personal data should be kept until it will be necessary.

WHO CAN PROCESS YOUR DATA. EXISTENCE OF DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES

The Data Controller’s internal offices, adequately trained, will process your data.
There are no automated decision-making processes in the context of this processing.

They are duly appointed as data processors or persons in charge of the processing. Between these:

Furthermore, for all the purposes indicated in this document, your data may also be communicated abroad, inside or outside the European Union, in compliance with the rights and guarantees provided by the current legislation and after verification of the adequacy of the protection level clauses ensured by the third country.
